Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic communicator to lead our employee engagement initiatives. As a Principal, Employee Communications, you will develop and deliver impactful communication plans that drive divisional performance, improve employee satisfaction, and strengthen connections to our purpose, strategy, values, and behaviors.

This role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders, building strong relationships, and achieving common goals through effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans to engage employees and promote organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to build strong relationships and achieve common goals
  • Lead and manage teams to deliver high-quality communication projects
  • Develop and maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in Communications or a related field
  • Experience working in corporate communications and leading in-house communications teams
