Position Summary

The General Manager is integral to the successful management of all operational aspects of the organization, emphasizing superior customer service, effective team leadership, and financial stewardship. This role is characterized by a high degree of autonomy and encompasses the management of sales, procurement, and strategic planning, all aimed at fostering business expansion.

We are in search of a proactive and seasoned General Manager who will oversee daily operations, budget management, and the strategic trajectory of the company.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Development: Direct and manage staff while cultivating a positive work atmosphere. Ensure comprehensive training for all team members regarding products and services.
  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Propel sales and achieve targets through the implementation of effective sales strategies. Maintain high standards of customer service and address inquiries and feedback efficiently.
  • Procurement and Inventory Oversight: Supervise procurement activities to guarantee timely and cost-effective acquisition of products. Ensure optimal inventory levels to satisfy customer demand.
  • Compliance and Quality Management: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and standards. Uphold high product quality and safety standards. Implement and oversee quality assurance protocols.
  • Service and Equipment Management: Oversee the operations related to service and equipment hire, ensuring availability and proper maintenance for clients.

  • Demonstrated excellence in sales and customer service.
  • Proven track record in management, ideally within the financial technology or related sectors.
  • Financial acumen with proficiency in interpreting financial documents.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driver's license.
