The Role

We seek an experienced Project Manager to support our Commercial Interior Fit-outs in Perth. This role involves leading a team, managing resources, problem-solving, and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitch involvement to ensure construction considerations and budgeting
  • Running PCG meetings and action item completion
  • Design-related problem solving
  • Managing Site Staff resources and coverage
  • Junior construction mentoring
  • Client expectations management
  • Profit margin accounting
  • Contract Administrator collaboration
  • Process championing
Requirements
  • Construction Management degree
  • Minimum 5 years commercial experience with complete project skills
  • Experience in contract analysis, negotiation, and budget preparation
  • Awareness of Safety, quality, and environment legislative requirements
