The Role

We seek an experienced project leader to manage our Perth-based Commercial Interior Fit-out projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with designers to ensure construction aspects are considered and budgeted
  • Leading project meetings, preparing minutes, and ensuring action items are completed
  • Solving problems with designers
  • Managing site resources for project coverage
  • Mentoring junior construction team members
  • Liaising with clients and managing expectations
  • Ensuring profitability on jobs
  • Working with contract administrators for timely ordering and sequencing

A degree in Construction Management is required, along with minimum 5 years relevant experience in commercial fit-out sector. Procore and Cheops experience is desirable but not essential.
