Interior Design Lead

This senior role offers the opportunity to lead a range of exciting interior design projects, providing both creative and technical input from client briefing to project completion.

The Project Lead Role
  • Oversee interior design projects across multiple sectors from start to finish.
  • Translate complex client briefs into thoughtful, functional, and inspiring environments.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
  • Manage project timelines, documentation, and delivery through all stages.
  • Contribute to design reviews, client presentations, and quality assurance processes.

What You Need
  • A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
  • Minimum 7+ years' professional experience in a design studio or multidisciplinary practice.
  • Proven track record delivering interior design projects.
  • Strong design sensibility backed by technical know-how in documentation and detailing.
  • Proficiency in Revit (essential), along with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead projects and teams confidently.
