About the role

As a Project Manager at City Commercial Interiors PTY LTD, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful delivery of commercial interior projects. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this full-time position is based in Stafford, Queensland and involves managing all aspects of projects from concept to completion.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager
  • Ensure projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
  • Experience as a Project Manager in the commercial refurb or building
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools
  • Thorough understanding of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices
