Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Perth team in delivering commercial interior fit-outs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contract administrators and site supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Pitching for projects and ensuring budgeted considerations for construction aspects.
  • Running PCG meetings, preparing minutes, problem-solving with designers, and informal mentoring of junior team members.
  • Liaising with clients, accounting for profit margins, and working closely with the contract administrator to ensure timely ordering and sequencing of trades.
