We are seeking an experienced Document Management Specialist to join our team. This role requires a highly organized individual who can thrive under pressure and deliver results on time while maintaining high standards of service and attention to detail.

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

  • Experience with Document Control Systems and software, including SharePoint, InEight Document, Aconex, Asite, Rib CX, and/or Documentum.
  • Proficiency with modern IT applications, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, and Teams.
  • The ability to quickly learn new IT systems and programs.
  • A proven history contributing to a team effort in a project environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage your workload.
  • A tenacious and hardworking attitude with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in the Construction and/or Mining sectors would be desirable.

This role involves administering and maintaining the NRW Project Document Management System, receiving, checking, and uploading client documentation, formatting documents for submission, training employees, liaising with clients and subcontractors, preparing document control reports, and assisting with project archiving.
