Job Description- Serve as the face of the clinic, creating a warm and professional atmosphere that exceeds client expectations.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and adjustments with precision and courtesy via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide support during consultations, demonstrating patience and accuracy in handling client inquiries.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to deliver seamless client journeys.
- Maintain accurate records, handle billing, filing, and ensure a clean and organized front desk area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English required; Mandarin proficiency is an asset.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy in dealing with clients.
- Presentation of a polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Passion for the aesthetic industry and its advancements.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and standard office applications.
- Able to resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
