Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a Front Desk Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming members and guests upon arrival;
- Managing front desk operations, including cash handling and using electronic systems;
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner;
- Providing information about upcoming events, promotions, and services;
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Basic computer skills and experience with electronic systems;
- Cash handling and mathematical accuracy;
- A current and valid C Class NSW Driver's License;
- RSA and RCG qualifications.
