Job Title: Front Desk Representative
">About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and medical staff.
">Key Responsibilities:
"> • Assist medical and nursing staff with clerical and reception duties associated with the position. • Display a professional manner and high level of customer service. • Maintain relevant ward/unit administrative systems.">Required Skills and Qualifications:
"> • Recent experience in a similar role and/or hospital environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone manner and customer service. • Ability to plan, prioritise and organise work activities to achieve outcomes. • Experience working independently and as part of a team; demonstrates initiative, adaptability and flexibility. • Computer literacy in MS Office; knowledge of Cerner (Powerchart and Surginet) and ability to learn new systems. • Strong commitment to customer service.
