Front Desk Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a friendly and reliable individual to create great first impressions at our front desk.
This role includes working Monday from 7:30am to 4:30pm and three afternoon shifts (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from 3:30pm to 8:00pm. You will be part of a supportive team who value health, wellness, and making a difference in clients' lives.
Our goal is to make every client feel respected, valued, and comfortable from the moment they arrive. As our customer service representative, you will play a key role in achieving this by answering calls with warmth, managing schedules, and maintaining a calm and capable presence.
Experience in a medical setting or allied health environment is advantageous, as is familiarity with relevant software. However, we value most a positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will be approachable, organised, and adaptable as tasks vary on our busy front desk.
