Front Desk Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional front desk services to residents of high-end apartment complexes.
The successful candidate will act as the face of the building, delivering a professional welcome to residents and guests, and ensuring a 5-star service experience that fosters strong relationships with clients and their visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer experiences to residents and guests at the front desk.
- Assist the Building Manager with issues related to resident services, car park management, reporting, and key auditing.
- Monitor movements of visitors, service providers, and goods throughout the building and immediate surroundings.
- Secure resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning.
- Conduct internal and external patrols to ensure the building's safety and security.
- Complete incident reports when necessary and respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
- Maintain the tidiness and presentability of entryways and lifts.
Requirements:
- Ability to build rapport with residents and establish cooperative relationships with the team.
- Previous experience in front-of-house or customer service roles.
- Proven quality written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Information:
- Uniforms will be provided, including black business attire for men and women.
- Training will be provided prior to the first shift.
- Immediate start dates may be available.
