Home Equities is seeking a mortgage broker to join their team in Sydney CBD. As a trusted advisor, you will work with new and existing clients to understand their goals and objectives, determining the most suitable lender and product for them.

The role involves conducting loan strategy meetings with customers to explore refinance or new purchase opportunities, educating customers on Home Equities' value proposition, and aligning their needs and objectives with suitable lenders.

You will also workshop loan scenarios with lenders or BDMs to ensure appropriate lending solutions for customers, manage a pipeline of customers from enquiry through to settlement, and contribute to driving positive business outcomes.

This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic mortgage broking business specializing in investment lending, with a passionate, results-driven environment. You will be supported by a fully equipped back-office team that handles administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on managing client relationships, presenting lending strategies, and converting leads.
