Transaction Advisory Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Advisory expert to join our team. As a key member, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing business strategies.

Your responsibilities will encompass the full cycle of transactional execution, including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analysis, and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations.

You will work closely with senior bankers to originate, structure, and execute financing and advisory transactions across various products, such as mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, bonds, loans, and structured products.

  • Transaction Execution:
  • Originate and structure financing and advisory transactions across multiple products
  • Develop and implement marketing/execution materials for maximum client impact
  • Create detailed financial models and valuation analyses for pitches and projects
  • Interact with senior team members and client management teams to execute transactions and identify risks
  • Guide, review, and coordinate analytic work of junior bankers to move marketing/executions forward
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on transactions (e.g., lawyers, accountants, counterparties)
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior bankers
  • Lead client negotiations, Q&A processes, and management interviews
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics or related field from top-tier institution
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in investment banking front office role
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Understand transaction cycle and steps in process
  • Impeccable communication skills with ability to interact with senior professionals, clients, and stakeholders
  • Self-directed, motivated, and able to work independently
  • Real Estate sector experience preferred but not essential
