Job Description

We're looking for a talented professional to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels for home lending.

This role involves designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital and direct marketing campaigns across all GTM channels.

You'll work closely with product, broker, sales, and technology teams to develop and optimize home loan customer acquisition, onboarding, and engagement experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Broad technical understanding of direct and digital marketing strategy, CX, channels, and platforms, including email, social media, search, and display advertising.
  • Proven marketing project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while juggling multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and ability to create key audience cohort communications.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
