Recruitment Consultant

Laser Clinics Group is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our North Sydney office. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an ambitious network growth project and driving recruitment efforts across New Zealand.
About the RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating all hiring requests and aligning sourcing strategies across franchise and corporate clinics in the NZ market;
- Posting advertisements on job boards;
- Conducting interviews with candidates;
- Coordinating the offer process, setting up documentation, and contract requests;
- Developing a pipeline of talent on recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search (PTS), Indeed, or other job boards;
- Working with the field team to source staff for new clinics;
- Screening applicant resumes and phone screening applicants;
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and shortlisted candidates, and assisting with interviews where needed;
- Conducting reference checks and coordinating the offer process in consultation with the hiring manager;
- Coordinating employment contracts with the HR team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated high-volume recruitment experience, either in agency or internal settings;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines as required;
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Goal-oriented and motivated by working with ambitious targets;
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and written and verbal communication capabilities;
- Experience using recruitment systems (such as an Applicant Tracking System);
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search (PTS), Indeed, and other job boards;
- Preferred experience working in the aesthetics, beauty, or retail industry.
