Business Operations Coordinator

This role supports the effective operation of the Growth Function by providing administration support and coordination, as well as systems maintenance.

You will be accountable for:

  • Managing internal processes, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, governance reviews, document control, and SharePoint content management.
  • Delivering timely support to business development teams and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining customer, campaign, and contact records in the CRM system.
  • Providing first-level user assistance, including onboarding support for new CRM users.
  • Scheduling and coordinating internal decision gate reviews.
  • Preparing and distributing review templates, agendas, and input requests to stakeholders.
  • Maintaining SharePoint site structure and content libraries.
  • Participating in campaign reviews and debrief sessions to assist in capturing lessons learned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, with demonstrated proficiency in Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and their role in supporting business development and customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of document control principles, including version management and formatting standards.
  • Awareness of internal governance processes and review protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organise work effectively.
  • Ability to meet agreed timelines and commit to continuous learning.
