This role provides advanced case management support to individuals participating in the CISP program who present with complex needs. It also involves providing practice leadership and mentoring to case managers in relation to their work with clients.

Key requirements include a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as social work or psychology, as well as experience in case management and coaching/mentoring. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be competent in using technology systems for case management.
