Job Title: Case Management Specialists

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong case management skills to work in a dynamic team environment.

The Department seeks experienced Case Management Specialists to provide critical support services to clients within the Child Protection program.

You will be responsible for supervising access visits between children and their families, where safety or risk issues are present. This involves working closely with service providers and case managers to ensure that supervision and support of family contact sessions are consistent with Best Interest Principles.

A key aspect of this role is establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders. You will be required to attend Children's Court of Victoria and other relevant courts and tribunals, and give evidence as required.

This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and sensitivity when dealing with vulnerable individuals and families.

About the Role:
