Job Overview

The role of a Service Delivery Coordinator is pivotal in empowering children and young people to be as independent as possible.

A successful candidate will lead by example, implement systems to support workers in delivering quality services, and maintain accurate client files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate growth in the Child Safety stream to support service expansion.
  • Develop and implement systems to enhance service delivery and ensure worker compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with children with complex needs and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Ensure timely reporting, incident recording, and file accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with vulnerable children in a senior or supervisory capacity.
  • Ability to lead, manage, train, and mentor team members.
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and respectful teamwork approach.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Current disability screening check, Blue Card, and Queensland Driver's Licence.
  • National Police Certificate.
