Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Specialist to join our team and help drive operational excellence.

This role is vital in ensuring effective delivery of customer experience processes across the organisation, driving improvements in service quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Facilitate training and maintain accurate process documentation.
  • Support project rollouts, user acceptance testing, and change communications.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, prepare presentations, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with resource planning and backfill critical roles when needed.
  • BUILD strong relationships across teams and contribute to a positive, engaged team culture.

The ideal candidate will have experience in large, complex organisations with a focus on customer service or operations. Strong understanding of change management and process improvement is also essential.

A customer-first mindset, excellent communication and organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) are required for this role.
