
Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Support Services Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and their families;
- Coordinating logistics and scheduling for equipment delivery and installation;
- Managing stock levels and processing inventory;
- Assisting with data entry and record-keeping;
- Collaborating with the implementation and innovation manager to stay up-to-date on technology-enabled care initiatives;
- Scheduling appointments and communicating with customers and community services;
- Processing referrals and coordinating client services;
- Contributing to promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
