Established in 2013, White Fox Boutique has experienced remarkable growth as one of the fastest-growing e-commerce fashion retailers globally. With ambitious plans ahead, we're seeking a seasoned E-commerce Director of Digital Growth to propel our trading sites to new heights.

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in managing large global e-commerce platforms, driving sales growth, and leveraging Shopify Plus platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, including talent development, and be well-versed in leading merchandising tools, HTML/CSS coding, SEO, website optimization, data mining, and security.

  • Lead the e-commerce & digital teams, developing and delivering the annual trading calendar alongside Buying, Product, and Merchandise teams
  • Own all site metrics while continuously improving them
  • Drive initiatives through pricing, promotions, and new trading opportunities
  • Enhance user journeys for optimal customer experience across multiple regions
  • Manage the development roadmap based on company projections and needs
  • Attend and report in weekly trade meetings, providing metrics and insights to the wider team
  • Requirements
  • Strong people management experience, including growing and developing talent
  • Experience in managing large global e-commerce platforms with proven sales growth results
  • Experience using Shopify Plus platform
  • Experience with leading merchandising tools
  • HTML, CSS, and basic coding technical skills
  • Knowledge of SEO, website optimisation, data mining, and security

This is a full-time role offering an estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide stunning office space in Rosebery, onsite gym, regular onsite Pilates classes, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a fun and collaborative culture.
