Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with our customers, anticipating their needs, and providing win-win solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities while maintaining the current customer base.
  • Lead the sales effort for the full line of new and used John Deere Construction Equipment in your area of responsibility.
  • Maintain focus on company profit margins.
  • Develop knowledge of financing options to assist customers.
  • Attend applicable sales training events/seminars.
  • Develop and keep informed on competitor activity within the region.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, ideally in the construction equipment industry.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Suite, CRM & sales software systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to seek sales opportunities.
  • Professional presentation.
