About the Role:

As our construction machinery Sales Professional, you will develop long-term partnerships with our customers through anticipating their needs and providing win-win solutions.

You will:

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities while maintaining the current customer base.
  • Lead the sales effort for the full line of new and used John Deere Construction Equipment in your area of responsibility.
  • Maintain focus on company profit margins.
  • Develop knowledge of financing options to assist customers.
  • Attend applicable sales training events/seminars.
  • Develop and keep informed on competitor activity within the region.

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • Enter Skills and experience
  • Previous sales experience, ideally in the construction equipment industry
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Suite, CRM & sales software systems
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to seek sales opportunities.
  • Professional presentation
