Agile Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Transformation Specialist to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a Scrum Master - Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in fostering Agile transformation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Agile transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile principles, values, and practices, driving process improvements and enhancing team productivity.
  3. Develop and maintain Agile project management tools, such as Jira, to configure agile boards, manage backlogs, and generate reports.
  4. Provide coaching and guidance to team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Agile project management, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  6. Requirements:
    1. Certified Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile certifications.
    2. Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master or Agile coach, with a strong track record of driving Agile transformation.
    3. Deep understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices, with experience in implementing Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members and stakeholders.
    5. Experience working with Agile project management tools, including Jira.
    6. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage ambiguity, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    7. Experience with Defence Strategic Framework, Defence Capability Life Cycle, and related governance requirements.
