Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Transformation Initiatives: Drive critical technology transformation initiatives across the group, using a data-driven and agile approach.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide coaching, support, and development opportunities to program leaders, guiding them on best practices and ensuring the successful delivery of the team's overall work-plan.
  • Identify and Analyze Risks: Use your excellent communication skills to identify and analyze risks, solve problems, and refine solutions.

Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years in a senior Strategy or Transformation role in consulting and/or corporate.
  • Transformation Experience: Demonstrated experience operating in significant enterprise-wide transformation programs.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Strong experience and knowledge of strategic problem-solving and frameworks, and project management.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Technology Experience: Experience with working in or around large-scale technology programs.
