We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transformation Strategy Manager to join our team at Endeavour Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive critical technology transformation initiatives across the group, leading innovative programs of work using a data-driven and agile approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transformation Leadership: Lead critical technology transformation initiatives, driving business outcomes and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to facilitate activities required to enable sign-off on changes with the business.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify areas of risk and opportunities for the overall transformation, developing contingency plans and escalating critical issues to senior management.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate tasks and objectives to ensure understanding of expectations and timelines involved.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in a senior Strategy or Transformation role in consulting and/or corporate.
  • Demonstrated experience operating in significant enterprise-wide transformation programs.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of strategic problem-solving and frameworks, and project management.
  • Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience with working in or around large-scale technology programs.
