We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Reception/Housekeeping Team Member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at our property.
  • Manage the front desk, handling guest queries, check-ins, and check-outs, while providing helpful local knowledge and recommendations.
  • Resolve guest concerns and disputes in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of communal spaces, bathrooms, and accommodation rooms, kitchens, and other areas.
  • Monitor and replenish stock, ensuring our property remains sparkling clean.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in front desk reception, customer service, and commercial cleaning in an accommodation setting.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexible availability for a 24/7 roster, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Full Australian working rights with no restrictions.
