The Lane Retreat offers a unique opportunity to be part of our journey and set new standards of excellence in hospitality. As a member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning activities across our accommodation, ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing cleaning activities across The Lane Retreat accommodation.
  • Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company standards.
  • Protecting equipment and maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Customer-oriented and friendly.
  • Prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well with a team.
  • Working quickly without compromising quality.
  • Ability to work flexible across the business opening hours and peak periods.
