We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing strategic employment law advice to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing expert advice on employment contracts, enterprise agreements, and modern awards.
- Managing workplace compliance, employment litigation, and industrial relations matters.
- Leading the delivery of strategic and consistent employment law advice across all operational business units.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8–10+ years' experience as an Employment Lawyer with FWC and regulatory experience.
- A Bachelor of Laws and an Unrestricted Practicing Certificate.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply the Fair Work Act and related instruments.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience advising senior stakeholders on complex workplace matters.
