About the Role

The Salesforce Account Executive is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. As a trusted advisor, you will establish relationships with C-Suite executives and partner with them to achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and progress opportunities through new business development and relationship building skills.
  2. Lead the end-to-end sales process, working with the supporting team and engaging appropriate resources as needed.
  3. Use solution selling expertise to uncover customer challenges and increase revenue by leveraging Salesforce technology to solve customer problems.
  4. Manage and build high-value, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular cadence.
  5. Identify and research territories and verticals to formalize a go-to-market strategy and build qualified target accounts.
  6. Maintain a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation while generating short-term results.
Requirements
  1. Experience as a tenured Account Executive with exposure to CxOs in commercial accounts or the ability to demonstrate gravitas needed to influence at this level.
  2. Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  3. Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong desire to overachieve.
  4. Resilience and high emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate diverse teams and stakeholders.
  5. A growth mindset, with a plan for personal and professional development.
  6. Ability to craft a point of view, hold an opinion, and build credibility as a trusted advisor with customers.
  7. Self-awareness and understanding of personal motivations and goals.
  8. Previous sales methodology training, CRM experience, and strong customer references preferred.
