Role Overview

As a vital member of the National Account Management team, you will play an essential role in enhancing the revenue and profitability of your designated portfolio, which features some of the most recognized retailers in Australia. You will collaborate with a dedicated and enthusiastic team known for consistently surpassing their goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with retail partners to expand our market presence.
  • Craft, implement, and oversee sales and marketing strategies for your portfolio, driving comprehensive channel activities in alignment with corporate sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of partner initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional account management by providing superior support, addressing inquiries, offering training, and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with sellers and internal teams through reporting.
  • Advocate for our customers at all times.
