About This Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team in our Commissary Kitchen.

As a natural leader, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu preparation, pricing policies, and training plans.

You will work closely with our Executive Sous Chef to ensure that every dish that leaves our kitchen is consistent and delicious.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior chef to take on a leadership role and make a real impact on our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the culinary team and manage all aspects of the kitchen
  • Develop and implement menu plans and pricing policies
  • Create training plans and conduct on-the-job training sessions
  • Ensure excellent communication between the team, management, and guests
  • Attract and retain top talent in the business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Chef with relevant industry qualifications
  • Experience managing a fast-paced and dynamic team
  • Strong understanding of produce, culinary techniques, and kitchen equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week working varied shifts
