Job Title: Warranty Manager

About Your Role:
  • Balance technical problem-solving with strategic leadership, ensuring warranty obligations and commercial targets are met.
  • Lead warranty management processes, ensuring reliability and availability milestones are achieved.
  • Support and develop a team of direct reports, mentoring them to ensure successful delivery of project and team goals.
  • Oversee steady-state commercial contract management, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Represent the organization in customer-facing interactions, ensuring strong relationships and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
  • Drive influence in problem-solving and product development by employing root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
  • Utilise ERP systems to monitor warranty claims and ensure process efficiency.
About You:
  • Experience in the rolling stock industry, specifically in warranty, maintenance, or operational support is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring team members.
  • Expertise in customer-facing roles, including communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
