Business Deposit Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Deposit Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of our deposit products.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in product management within business or consumer deposit products, with a strong track record of driving commercial and technical expertise across pricing and product lifecycle management.

This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, as well as the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of product managers, driving people engagement, capability uplift, and talent strategy across the team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders. They will also be comfortable with navigating ambiguity and able to work flexibly through change.

In addition, the successful candidate will have a risk mindset, with a focus on identifying and mitigating risks associated with product development and delivery.

Requirements
