Key Account Manager Role Overview

We provide a diverse array of services and solutions catering to small, medium-sized enterprise customers as well as regional and agribusiness clients.

Our Everyday Business Banking team delivers comprehensive support across the full spectrum of customer needs from smallest businesses to largest corporate entities.

Responsibilities include managing deposit products, driving key product insights, and maintaining subject matter expertise within the Deposit and Transactions domain, competitor landscape, and technology trends.

  • Expert knowledge on product user experience and deep understanding of critical data points

  • Strong financial leadership and in-depth subject matter expertise of the legal and regulatory environment including risk, governance, and compliance frameworks

  • Subject matter expertise on the Deposit product and proposition, as well as ability to manage 5-10 high-performing product managers

Qualifications and capabilities include:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in Business or Consumer Deposit products

  • Demonstrated People Leadership experience with strong commercial and technical experience across pricing and product lifecycle management

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, appropriate university qualification, degree or masters, and comfort with navigating ambiguity and flexible work approach
