As Senior Product Manager - Deposits , you will have expertise in one or more of the areas of product management, channel and/or process optimisation, or other relevant areas that are required in the squad. You will have responsibility for the development, management and lifecycle of Retail products, services, channel delivery and processes within one or more of these areas. With a specific focus on deposit products, you will work extensively across the product design and optimisation of ING's deposit products that we offer our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Work across the optimization of ING deposit products, this includes defining the deposit product proposition and overall product design
  • Manage the product risks and product requirements relating to the customer, supplier and regulators including all financial & non-financial risk
  • Act as a business owner of product & services solutions of your squad including the Customer Value Propositions. You will be responsible for designing, developing & operating these solutions for our customers

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in financial services product management with proven experience working across deposit products
  • Experience in a customer facing environment, where identification of customer needs is at the heart of proposition development
  • Ability to take initiative and apply critical thinking to make and rationalise business decisions and provide recommendations
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and create action plans to meet customer, business and stakeholder needs.
  • Experience leading and developing high performing product managers with strong operational risk culture and capability
