Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development, management, and lifecycle of retail products and services within our squad.

This is a unique opportunity to build on your expertise in product management, channel optimisation, or other relevant areas and make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define the deposit product proposition and overall product design
  • Manage product risks and requirements related to customers, suppliers, and regulators
  • Act as a business owner of product and service solutions
  • Design, develop, and operate solutions for our customers
Requirements:Experience and Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services product management with a focus on deposit products
  • Proven ability to work in customer-facing environments, identifying customer needs, and developing propositions
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills to drive business growth
  • Strong organisational skills, prioritising tasks, and creating action plans
