Role Overview

We're seeking a highly organised and communicative Operational Support Specialist to join our Buying team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Management: Coordinate and track various tasks, including pre-sale checks, key management, and data entry, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with the Buying team, scheduling meetings, and providing timely updates to maintain open communication channels.
  • Data Entry and Verification: Accurately input and verify vehicle information, guaranteeing precision and up-to-date records.
  • Customer Service: Offer support to customers and internal teams, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Administration Experience: Proven background in administration or coordination within a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, prioritising solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Self-Motivation and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Adaptability and Attention to Detail: Comfortable adapting to changing tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Tech Savviness: Familiarity with various systems and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to take on different responsibilities as needed.
