About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess 6-8 years of post-qualification experience as a legal practitioner in Australia, with a strong background in technology contracting, outsourcing and commercial vendor contract reviews and negotiations. You will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to negotiate and draft material agreements, and knowledge of technology law, operational risk management regulations and privacy and data protection.
