The HiTech Group is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team.

Estimated Salary: $80-$120 per hourThis role involves working across data platforms built on AWS native technologies, ensuring they are fit for purpose. The successful candidate will secure an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of two 12-month extension options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to design and implement data platforms.
- Enable functionality for data pipeline development, supporting SQL and Python developers.
- Manage and maintain AWS-native data platforms using core AWS technologies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, clients, and stakeholders in developing fit-for-purpose solutions and maintaining business-as-usual operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in working with business and technical stakeholders to deliver data capability and services.
- Proven ability to build and maintain bespoke solutions using technologies native to AWS.
- Able to work effectively in an agile project team, engaged in providing data services to technical and business stakeholders.
