The Role

As an IT Service Excellence Specialist, your key focus will be improving the overall delivery of Service to our businesses by:

  1. Designing, developing, documenting, and supporting the Digital UX/UI to optimize the user experience for ITS initiatives or change.
  2. Working with APAC IT Service Management in supporting the initiatives, service processes and operational improvements.
  3. Developing ITIL skills by working closely with APAC IT Service Management team to support.
  4. Providing backup for key IT Service Management processes as required (e.g. Major Incident & Operational Change Management processes).
  5. Continual Service Improvements, including IT Service Management tools.
  6. Working closely with internal and external parties to support the End user digital learning for new technologies.
  7. Driving digital improvements on the APAC IT Learning HUB for our employees.
  8. Supporting the IT learning via digital days and enhancements to continue development of our internal capabilities to improve end user productivity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working within an IT Service Delivery or Support role.
  • Previous experience in IT End user support & delivery of technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of Change Management and Agile methodologies.
  • A high level of technical knowledge & drive to improve using emerging technologies.
  • Capable of conducting research into technical solutions internally and externally.
