
Service Improvement Specialist

Job Description
This role is situated at a corporate office in Sydney, driving the enhancement of customer-related processes.
As a Specialist, you will spearhead the development of process improvements to elevate customer satisfaction.
You will:
- Compile and generate reservation reports
- Provide guidance and assistance to team members on compliance and service standards
- Promote collaboration across departments and take an active role in refining the customer journey
- Offer support to agents within the escalation process, clarifying protocols and providing direction on when and how to escalate issues to team leaders for resolution
- Develop and update internal materials for team members and relevant stakeholders, ensuring documentation reflects current guidelines, processes, and business standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4-5 years' experience in hospitality or a similar customer service role within hotels, front office, or travel
- High school education or equivalent required
- Knowledge of hotel front office or travel agent systems, such as Micros Fidelio Opera Reservations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong understanding of hotels, resorts, and their services
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
