Claims Professional

The primary objective of this role is to provide professional support to customers who have experienced loss or damage to their properties.

Key responsibilities include managing Strata site inspections, ascertaining the cause and extent of damage, appointing relevant specialists, and delivering an exceptional end-to-end claims experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service when completing Strata site assessments and interacting with customers
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with all stakeholders regarding claim progress and advice
  • Document all decisions made and reasons, including ownership details and acceptance/rejection of claims
Requirements:
  • Strata experience in claims management
  • Relevant qualifications preferred, such as loss adjusting certifications or professional designations
  • Trade qualifications advantageous
  • Current and valid driver's license required
