Insurance professionals seeking an experienced Property Claims Consultant to manage Strata claims, liaise with industry experts and deliver exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This role is focused on providing strategic support to our clients in managing property claims. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance claims management, dispute resolution and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of property claims ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Liaise with industry professionals including builders, architects and engineers to ensure claims are resolved efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce claim costs and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Law, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in insurance claims management or related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
