The Opportunity

We're seeking a permanent part-time Assistant Owners Corporation Manager to provide administration and management support as our operations expand. This is an entry-level role with one-on-one training provided, making it ideal for someone ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work closely with the Director to:

  • Maintain and update client records
  • Notify utility providers of management changes
  • Audit and update data in our core systems (Urbanise Strata & Google Workspace)
  • Upload and process invoices
  • Contact clients regarding overdue levies and assist with debt recovery
  • Draft breach notices, work orders, and general correspondence
  • Manage and follow up on insurance claims and policies
  • Assist with onboarding new strata schemes
  • Answer phone calls and coordinate contractor site visits
  • Attend new business proposals and client presentations
  • Prepare agendas and take minutes for annual general meetings
