Strata Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strata Finance Specialist to join our team.

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records for multiple owners corporations.
  • Process invoices and manage payments for all owners corporations with precision.
  • Operate and reconcile bank accounts to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Issue fee notices and manage collections from owners in arrears efficiently.
  • Prepare and lodge BAS and tax returns on time, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

You will be responsible for managing the complete financial lifecycle of multiple owners corporations, from day-to-day bookkeeping to annual compliance requirements.
