Our client, a growing insurance company are seeking a dedicatedPropertyClaims Consultantto join the team, delivering proactive claims management and upholding the company's reputation for excellent service.
Reporting to the Claims Team Leader you will be:
Managing a portfolio of Strata claims
Liaising with builders, assessors, brokers, and strata managers to achieve exceptional service standards.
Supporting the Claims Leadership and State Management team
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and AFS Licence conditions.
Working closely with industry professionals including builders, engineers, brokers, and strata managers.
You will have:
Proven experience in Property claims, essential
Home & Contents, Loss Adjusting, Building Restoration claims experience also considered
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
A customer-focused mindset with commitment to service excellence
